OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
These limits do not affect liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and do not replace or limit remedies under a signed services agreement between you and AllianceMedex.
