Sales Development Representative
Drive qualified pipeline for AllianceMedex by connecting with practice leaders who need dependable billing and RCM support.
What you will do
- Prospect and qualify healthcare practices that can benefit from outsourced medical billing.
- Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn with a clear value narrative.
- Book discovery meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM activity.
- Partner with marketing and account teams to refine messaging and ideal client profiles.
- Hit weekly activity and meeting targets while representing AllianceMedex professionally.
What you bring
- 1+ years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales (healthcare or B2B services preferred).
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured daily outreach.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working onsite with the team.
- Interest in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or SaaS-adjacent services.
Medical Billing Specialist
Own accurate claim submission, follow-up, and payment workflows so client practices get paid correctly and on time.
What you will do
- Submit clean claims and resolve edits before payer transmission.
- Work denials and underpayments with clear documentation and timely appeals.
- Post payments, reconcile EOBs/ERAs, and escalate payer issues when needed.
- Monitor aging A/R and prioritize high-impact follow-up.
- Uphold HIPAA standards and AllianceMedex quality checklists on every account.
What you bring
- 2+ years of medical billing experience in a practice or billing company.
- Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and common payer rules.
- Experience with clearinghouses and at least one major practice management / EHR system.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with production goals.
- Able to work onsite as part of a collaborative billing team.
Patient Scheduler
Deliver a smooth first impression for patients by managing appointments, eligibility checks, and clear front-end communication.
What you will do
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and warmth.
- Verify demographic and insurance details ahead of visits.
- Coordinate with clinical and billing teams on referrals, authorizations, and visit readiness.
- Answer inbound calls and route questions to the right team member.
- Maintain organized schedules that reduce no-shows and last-minute gaps.
What you bring
- 1+ years in medical scheduling, front desk, or patient access roles.
- Clear phone presence and professional written communication.
- Familiarity with EHR scheduling workflows and insurance basics.
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
